Company

DecisionSky began developing the DecisionSky test in 2007. Early versions started to emerge and evolve by the end of 2008 and a fully functional version of the test was being used in real implementations and live hiring situations by the middle of 2009. Since then, the DecisionSky test has been used and evaluated in its initial version at several organizations where in 2010 the collection of a year and a half of data has shown the DecisionSky test to be more predictive of actual realized employee success than resume metrics such as GPA, SAT, GMAT, or school attended. In addition, the DecisionSky test proved to be significantly more predictive of employee success than was a hiring process that used both resume screening and a series of case interviews.
